Sebring OH... where you're a hoopie lifer, an import hoopie, or a boomerang hoopie.

Hoopie Town has three major Hoopiefests: the Firemen's Festival, 4th of July in the park, and the Harvest Festival.

Someone that finally escapes Sebring OH, but eventually ends up back here anyway.

Many of us move away from Hoopie Town, but a lot of us end up being Boomerang Hoopies.
