When you always get the worst outcome in every situation or you always get unlucky.

Person 1: Ah,crap i got really unlucky.
Person 2: What happened?
Person 1: Some idiot bumped into my car and i spilled all of my beer on the seats.
Person 2: Oh, thats some real pag-luck u got there.
Person 1: Yeah, what a white man supposed to do in this world?
