PP stiffy's definitions
An absolute piece of shit car, usually a honda civic or other cheap hatchback. Normally they will have an abundance of sponsor stickers that mean nothing, fading paint, a stock engine with a new air filter, and an assload of colorful wire organizers. People who drive ricers inherently think they're cooler than they actually are.
Xavier: Hey dude check out my new honda civic, Isn't it cool!
Person with common sense: No way dude, it's totally a ricer
