To be tan & jacked. Inspired from the viral video "My New Haircut" where one character uses the phrase "jacked and tan". However its use and creation originates back to the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at the University of Miami.

"You ready for sping break bro?"
"Yea I'm f*ckin tacked from hittin the gym and TanV for the last few months"
