Definitions by P. Ranford

An English slang term, normally only used in the Black Country, meaning to steal. Thought to have originated way back, since the early 90's it has slowly become replaced by the word tax.
Can also mean to borrow.
'He's taffed my rubber'
'Can I taff a quid?'
