Pina Colonic 

A term used by Homer Simpson during the episode 'Sunday, Cruddy, Sunday'. It's an obvious reference to the 1979 song 'Escape' by Rupert Holmes (also known as the pina colada song)

A state of alternating wakefulness and drowsiness as a result of opiate use.
