A term used by Homer Simpson during the episode 'Sunday, Cruddy, Sunday'. It's an obvious reference to the 1979 song 'Escape' by Rupert Holmes (also known as the pina colada song)

A tube, often made out of tin foil, used to smoke heroin and/or other opiates.
