A douchetatt is a tattoo of a tribal or overly masculine extraction,that an accused douchebag will flaunt in order to impress women.Usually found on the arm or back, similar in nature to a trampstamp.

A dogtag similar to those worn by military personnel. A douchetag is such only when the accused douchebag who wears it has not actually been in the military
