A behavioral condition marked by extreme self-righteousness, performative morality, and chronic credit-hoarding. Often observed in leaders who loudly proclaim virtue, faith, or humility while quietly maximizing their own compensation and minimizing everyone else’s contributions.
A person exhibiting Koffisim will:
• Publicly praise teamwork while privately claiming sole responsibility
• Speak often of God, values, and sacrifice—usually someone else’s
• Maintain an inflated sense of importance disconnected from actual effort
• Appear generous in words, absent in actions
• Lead from the front… of the mirror
Symptoms include:
Corporate sermons, hollow gratitude, selective memory, and an uncanny ability to struggle heroically on an executive salary.
