Also referred to as a bird dog; Someone who will flush the cops out of the brush

A car passes you on the highway, doing 10-15mph better than your speed.

Passenger: Hey, why are you speeding up? you trying to catch him?
Driver: Nope, found a cop cleaner (bird dog) to flush out the speed traps!
