It is a location in the hit web series by Rooster Teeth called RWBY.
In season four Team Ranger go there.
Kuro means Black in Japanese and Yuri means Lesbian in Japanese as well.

Ruby: Emerald don't be a Kuroyuri.
Emerald : What?!?!
Ruby: No the village Kuroyuri, don't go near it.
Emerald: Okay
Ruby: Also don't be a black lesbIan either.
Emerald: ... Too late
