talkthrough

The process of providing a step-by-step guide to another person using only voice commands and explanations, thus eliminating the requirement for a written walkthrough or face-to-face tutorial.

Example 1: If you call a friend or company department for support or advice, they may provide you with help in the form of a talkthrough, audibly guiding you through each step towards the solution. Example 2: Emergency services will provide a talkthrough to a caller who may be trying to revive an unconscious person, audibly guiding them through each step in a life-saving procedure, such as CPR, until paramedics arrive.

Ecademy

An academy based entirely online, whose virtual structure and organisational purpose closely resemble those of a traditional, offline academy.

An e-learning organisation, or an exclusively-online university or college, could call themselves an Ecademy.
