A sedrunktress is a normally timid female, who, with the aid of alcohol becomes a man seeking beast. She's commonly BFF with a drunk slut or a skanky ho.
She's too shy to talk to boys, but whenever she goes out to a bar she turns into a sedrunktress and tries to hook up with everyone she sees.
