ORB Seadog 51's definitions
A person who rejects the idea of Harrassment, Intimidation or Bullying as either a perpetrator or a victim.
A person who in the past would bully others with no motivation other than to bully but now rejects the notion would be considered a Hibster.
Someone who refuses to be a victim of Bullying would be considered a Hibster.
The Deaprtment of ED. uses the term HIB to denote Harrassment, Intimiation and Bullying.
