When someone who is neither Bill Cosby's age or race becomes so drunk that they sound like him.

After having half a bottle of whiskey and 3 shots of Petron Dave was Cosby drunk.

Dave: Lemmmmmeeeee a tell uuuuuuuu abowt mai sun Ennis heez a goooood boy and I like da jellooooh pooooding.

Gary: Damn man you're Cosby drunk!
