A phrase to express one's shock at another's inability to perform supposedly simple tasks.

A phrase to express one's surprise or disbelief at another's unconventional way of performing a task.

It can also be used to showcase one's frustration when something does not go as planned.

1. Help lah! You're already an adult, yet you do not know how to tie your shoelaces.

2. Help lah! The MRT service has been disrupted due to a track fault yet again!
