A manly fight that just involves 2 people (men).
No dodging, cover or anything, just exchange of hits until a loser is determined.

Also used in gaming, especially MOBAS to refer to a pure dps fight that doesn't involve the use o special abilities.

Did you see that fight at the bar last night? It was a true manfight.
