Just a Bashil. About the worst thing you can call a person while not being vulgar. You can use the word Bashil in any environment. When you call a person a Bashil you are expressing your profound disappointment in their behavior as well as having a new found distaste for how they exist. It is a level higher than annoying and cringe all in one.

I had to cut ties with him because he was being a Bashil.
