VALVeware: n 'vælvweə(r) 1. A software product that misses its announced release date by several months. 2. A software product that has experienced a near-total media blackout for several years with an occasional noncommittal reference dropped by the developers during that time. 3. A software product that sees the light of day only after everyone has given up hope on it.
