When trying to be discrete among kids, old ladies, or the neighbors, use this word twice in succession when describing the act of having sex. Say it fast and with a higher than normal pitch. Add a knocking air knuckle motion when saying this, imagine knocking on a door and that is the motion. As a fun option, add a clicking sound out of the corner of your mouth like you are calling the cat.
"Hey Courtney, that was a great day huh ? How about a little SKEECOO SKEECOO now to make it the perfect day ... "

The clicking sound one can make out of the corner of their mouth. Most commonly done in two click increments. Sometimes adults use this sound to discretely call each other to the bedroom for SKEECOO SKEECOO time. The good news is that this is not a hereditary bound trait, anyone can master it. I bet you just did it.
"Stop calling the cat Bill, Fluffballs is outside!"

aka KAK - Knocking Air Knuckle, used in conjunction with SKEECOO SKEECOO. A simple, but effective visual using one hand in the air in a motion that looks like knocking on a door. For an incredible effect, try a double knocking air knuckle. Wow, that would be something!
"I told Franny I would go over her house after work, but I'm not really diggin on her any more. I never go back on my word though, so I went over alright and gave her door the ol' knocking air knuckle and then busted outta there!"
