Dry beach

Dry beach is a beach that is like any normal beach with sand and beach chairs, but there is no access to water.
Which means that people sunbathing can never swim.
An example of a dry beach is the "clock tower beach" in Old Montreal, Canada. The beach is surrounded by a fence and is much higher than the Saint Lawrence River. So, people can not swim.
