A pet name used for a roommate. Or a verb mistaken for 'Who-ha', usually mistaken when drunk or blonde.

"My Who-hay just got back from vegas and we're going to hang out"

Or in a drunken slur:

"I'm so horny, I need something in my Who-hay"
