the act of one partner(male or female)begging their partner to have sex with them every time that they are together, however the other refuses by claiming that he or she doesnt have a condom when in actuality both have condoms

Despite the fact that Will and Sarah have dated for over six months, much to Sarah's dismay Will refuses to play his cards right.
