Laughing like Kira. When something makes you laugh extremely loudly and/or awkwardly. Most of the time it's actually not funny.

The term originates from the popular manga/anime Death Note *spoiler* Specifically episode 37 when Kira is found out then starts to laugh like a maniac.

Steve: Oh ya, I borrowed your notebook bro
