whore alarm

A whore alarm is the sound made when a gay dating app such as Grindr, Growlr or Scruff makes a distinctive alert sound. Since these apps are mostly used for hooking up, everyone in the room knows you are being a whore.

Paul: *ding ding* "Oh shit lemme get that!" *Checks phone*

Dave: "Oh shit! Paul's whore alarm is going off! He's gonna get some!"

Noun. A person in a monogamous relationship, who has a single romantic partner, contrasting with a #polyamorous person who has 2 or more romantic partners

Travis only has one boyfriend. He can be such an insecure monog.
