Smeg 

Smeg is an alternate word for Aussie or Smegs for more than one Aussie. To be used in the same way they use Pom , use on a daily basis at home work or leisure.
It can be a term of endearment when used correctly.

"Hey hows it going Smeg"
"See you Smegs didn't get too many golds in the Olympics this time"
"The Smegs beat the Poms again at cricket"
