SFFR 

SFFR (pronounced "suffer")is an abbreviation for the words "Some form of functioning retardation." A condition given to people who perform inappropriate or incomprehensible things that can be considered stupid or moronic. Also, note that a person with SFFR is a SFFRer (pronounced "sufferer").

1.Sometimes James does some things that make me believe he has SFFR.
2. Sometimes Billy forgets to do such simple tasks, i swear he's a SFFRer.
