Similar to the use of 'Raw Dog,' a Naw Dog happens whenever on the brink of sexual intercourse, someone completely backs down or gives up. It could be from disgust or lack of interest, but sex COULD have been had and was not (if sex wasn't guaranteed, it wasn't a Naw Dog).
