A Xander is a pretty useless shit. He is usually called out for being a faggot. A Xander usually is really ugly looking and his breath makes you want to barf. Having one of these as a friend can be very useful. Xander's are almost as tall as giraffes. When encountering a Xander be very cautious they may bite.
