Used in the North-East of Scotland. Means to know something or to simply mean "I know"

Jock: "Here you kain that boy fae buckie with the gap tooth?"

Jimmy: "Aye, how?"

Jock: "He's a right arsehole eh?

Jimmy: "Kain"
