Marston

Coined by the college athlete Danny Marston, the term describes the act of undermining your captain's authority (mainly in football) on and/or off the field.

A: "The captain told him to pitch, what the fuck is he doing?!"
B: "He is pulling a Marston, man."
A: "What a moron!"
