Someone who is extremely stupid. They are more than dumb, and worse than retarded because they should know better.

That dumtar cut me off and then got into the wrong lane.

Urbaniese

Speaking with so much slang that it's difficult to understand, results in the English language being more complicated than the Chinese language.

Man, that guy was using so many words I've never heard of he might as well of been speaking Urbaniese.
