The added time it takes to do something with ones left hand, usually when one injures the right hand. Ambidextrous or left-handed people obviously don't have this problem.
"Bryan, seriously, I just asked you to right down your number! What's taking to long?"
"Sorry, man, but ever since I broke my right hand, everything I do has a case of Lefty-Lag."
