Word used to describe awesome so very awesome, your mom got pregnant with Jesus' baby. To use in a negative sense, you say the word "loose butthole" instead. Other variations include "sexy butthole, inflamed butthole, and stinky butthole." Hell, you can mix it up and add your own adj. to butthole with its own definition.
Kid: "WHOA I JUST GOT AN ACROSS THE MAP TOMAHAWK KILL ON BLACK OPS!"
