A phrase used to mock oneself, or to express sarcasm in a situation that is normally serious.

Man #1: "I am SO hungry!

Man #2: "No way! I'm the mostest with the toastest!"

Man#1: "Hah! by his use of sarcasm, I can tell that in reality, I am hungrier!"
