The Sigma Grindset involves recognizing the bleakness and finitude of the typical life of a modern human being, whilst doing everything in one’s power to liberate themselves from these shackles, including and not limited to: actively rejecting any social norms, activities, and relationships that may interfere with this noble yet selfish pursuit, fueled by none other than greed, disgust, and ego.
