When a female, typically of Austrian decent, sits on a bar stool directly across from a male whom is also sitting on a bar stool of equal height. The female then proceeds to spread her legs to form about a 90 degree angle. For the next 2-3 hours the female vigorously rubs the opposite male's knee up against her female reproductive organs until a climax ensues.
