Normlord

A self-appointed enforcer of social norms, minor rules, or perceived standards of behavior — usually in public or service settings — without any actual authority.
Normlords tend to act entitled, overbearing, or escalate trivial situations with unnecessary outrage.

“Total normlord at the cafe today — lectured a guy for ordering before the barista called him.”
