The art of grabbing a miscreant or squatter by the scruff of their neck and the seat of their pants, bending them at their waist making them lose their balance and hurrying them out of their dwelling for non-payment of rent.

Officer Joe, Remove this vagabond from my property. Give him the bum rush.
