Someone who has been fat their entire life but for some "reason" (plastic surgery, gastric,.. etc) is now thin and act like they are the shit!

Erica: Have u seen Lulu? she was at the bar last night acting like she was the shit! how did she lose so much weight?

Laura: Ugg Who cares she will always be a PIG AT HEART!
