A character which is generally female who acts like a "bad boy". Most of her lines are supposedly to be impacting\sensual\intimidating but ends up being total cringe.

Oh, sometimes the character is interpreted very badly.

This term comes from the TV show "Game of Thrones", more specifically the Done arc.
