Ran - Hash 

To thrust at the body of someone( most commonly in the kidneys), usually with the fingers. Using great force to cause extreme pain, whilst thrusting the words Ran - Hash must be shouted as loud as possible.

Person 1: I will kill you
Person 2: not if I RAN - HASH you first!
