Refers to the major tv networks, radio stations, magazines and newspapers who are tightly regulated and controlled by governments and the elite in order to mislead, brainwash and control the masses.

Kelly: “I’m really scared about COVID, they said on the tv that cases were up 50% in the last week”.
Ben: “Oh don’t take any notice, it’s just Mainstream Media nonsense”.

Phrase used by people who cannot speak properly.

Mary: “I have got the COVID 19. I feel awful”.
Jane: “It’s COVID 19, not the COVID 19. It isn’t just a single bug that only affects one person at a time”.
