Nose Bung Situation 

The inadvertent act of finding your nose in someones ass while in the 69 position.

As we managed the 69 position I inhaled to find I was in a Nose Bung Situation. It was then I thought maybe it was not a good idea to get this intimate your first time out with someone you just met in a bar. Then again, did I wipe thoroughly.
