LBS or Little Bitch Syndrome, is a derogatory term given to those who bitch out of physical activity in any way. Usually used in endurance type sports such as rowing to make people push themselves harder.

"Why weren't you at running this morning?"

"My oblique was soar and the physio said I shouldn't run."
