Someone who is obsessed with Germany. Often to the point in which they deem other cultures inferior. Not to mix it up as being a Nazi. Also not a Wehraboo who are obsessed with WWII Germany.

A noticable example character of such is Fischl from Genshin Impact.

He keeps talking in gibberish german, its cringe! What a krautaboo...
