Nut Rug 

The section of carpet found at the foot of a bed in a seedy hotel. Most easily identified by disturbing stains, usually consisting of bodily fluids.

I thought I was going to throw up when I saw that nut rug in our hotel room. I wonder if they clean anything in this place.
