A form of ridicule when someone laughs at another (but not out loud) while purposly letting the other person know theyre being laughed at.
A: So last nite i did this and this and that....
B: Pfft!
A: What, are u laughing at me?
B: No, ofcourse not. Pfft!!!
B: Pfft!
