diyloop
diyLoop is a kind of automated insulin delivery algorithm that is open-source and do-it-yourself. the Loop app can be built on an android or ios phone. It has yet to be fda approved. It uses values from a continuous glucose monitor in its algorithm and adjusts basal insulin delivery on a pump based on customizable glucose target ranges or value.

excretologist
a person who studies excrement, including but not limited to feces, waste, crap, turds, urine, saliva, physical in content and or non physical matter; ie. verbal 'bullshit', lies, fluff.
example 1: I'm going to run that story by my excretologist and see what they think about why this person i know feels the need to exaggerate. example 2: the excretologist will have to inspect this animals's feces to help us figure out what it ate, and why the feces smell so badly.
