Pethie Cerlit is a rich blonde boy who was birthed by his mother who had a lisp. He was supposed to be Percy, but his parents just said "Screw it." and named him Perthie. He is a player and has a huge finger-biting kink. He is the son of a headmaster and has all of those boujie things that rich boys do.
