The sound that sometimes accompanies a homosexual's action after they do something incredibly gay like. Typically this only applies to male homosexuals.

As the gay man said, "Wow! That top looks fabulous on you!" you could almost hear the gay twinkles.

When referring to two girls, "They are totally LesBGay with each other."
